Jack is an investor with experience working with and investing in businesses in the food and agriculture space, focusing on specialty crops over the last two years.
While at TPG, Jack invested in large food, agriculture, and other industrial businesses across North America, completing over $3 billion of transactions. Example investments include a $750 million investment in Chobani, America’s leading brand of Greek yogurt, and a recapitalization of tire distributor ATD, valued at ~$3.5 billion.
Prior to TPG, Jack was an economic policy advisor for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, working with private sector leaders to create jobs in Chicago. Before his time in politics, Jack was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising private and public sector clients on strategy, operations, and other business challenges.
Jack holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he was a Kelley Scholar and the senior commencement speaker.
Brandon is an almond grower, manager, and consultant covering approximately 20,000 acres of crops throughout California. The majority of these acres are permanent tree crops, predominantly almonds.
Brandon has worked closely with private investment firm Trinitas Partners which has investments in over 10,000 acres of almonds throughout the state. Brandon has played a significant role with the Trinitas portfolio over the past 7 years including managing and advising on due diligence, plant science, orchard development, orchard management, investor relations, and strategic planning.
Brandon is also a partner in Rebiero Brothers, LLC, an almond and alfalfa grower in Stanislaus County, and president of Broadleaf Trading, Inc., a commodities trading firm. As a grower himself, he is intimately involved in every aspect of the business.
Brandon attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he obtained a B.S. in Pomology and a Minor in Plant Protection Science. He completed the Blue Diamond Leadership program as well as the Almond Board of California leadership program. Brandon is a current member of the Production Research committee for the Almond Board of California.
